Listing creation, content, photos and quality assurance
Listing content, photos, review and publication statuses.
What is required for a listing to be ready for review?
Full account, exact address and pin, property, at least one unit, capacity and beds, current price, availability, photos, amenities, house rules, check-in/check-out, cancellation policy and confirmed payment model are required. iCal should be linked when you sell the same inventory on other platforms.
What belongs in the property description and what belongs in the unit description?
The description of the property covers location, environment, access, shared spaces and experience. The description of the unit indicates layout, area, rooms, beds, capacity, private facilities and what the guest gets exactly. Do not copy the same text into both fields.
Which photos should I add to the property and which to the unit?
Add the building, entrance, garden, reception, shared facilities and other common areas to the property gallery. Add every room and amenity belonging to the specific space to the unit gallery. Photos must be original, clear and current, without another platform’s watermark, phone numbers, maps or unnecessary text.
Can I use the same photo for multiple units?
Only if the photo really shows a common space or the physical units are identical and the photo faithfully represents what the guest gets. If the units differ, each must have its own gallery.
What happens when I finish onboarding?
The ad goes to Tripundo team review. It checks the property, units, price, availability, photos, location, rules, display of payment and cancellation and readiness for booking. If something is missing, you get the status and next step in the panel; the ad becomes publicly available only when it meets the mandatory conditions for posting.
What does “Correction required” mean?
One or more conditions for posting are not met. Open the notification to see which field is concerned, why and what you need to change. When you enter the change, use the re-check action if available. If the message does not provide a clear next step, open the support request for that property.
Why is the property not visible even though I have filled it?
Possible reasons include an incomplete account or verification, a missing price or availability, an incomplete unit, an incomplete location, insufficient photos, calendar conflict, or an incomplete ad review. Open the status of the property to see the specific reason. If the reason is not shown, send a support request from that property.
How can I temporarily deactivate a property?
Use the deactivation option with the selected property. Deactivation does not cancel confirmed reservations or delete their history. If the property has an active reservation or the option is not available, first open the support request for that property.
