Registration, account and verification
Host registration, account details and verification.
How do I register as a host?
Open Tripundo’s host page, select “Be a host”, enter an email and verify it with the code you receive. Then set your password, select the appropriate account type and follow onboarding. Host registration is currently done by email address; Google and Facebook sign-in are not available for the host account.
Can I register as an individual or a legal entity?
Yes. Tripundo supports accounts of individuals and legal entities. The registration course displays the information you need to enter according to your selected status. Verification, account information and available options may vary for individual and legal entities.
What information is required for an account?
The basic details include your email address, contact information and details of the owner or responsible person. A legal entity enters the information requested during registration, such as the company name, registration number, tax identification number (PIB), registered office and billing details. For an individual, the system shows the fields that apply to the selected status. Follow the required-field list in your onboarding step because it adapts to the account type.
I did not receive an activation code. What should I do?
Check the Spam/Junk folder and email address accuracy, then use “Send Code Again”. If the code still doesn’t arrive, contact support from the same email address. Do not send your password.
How do I reset my password?
On the login host page, select “Forgotten Password”, enter your registered email and follow the link. If you no longer have access to your email address, contact support to verify your identity and authorization.
Can I change the owner or company details myself?
You can change the available fields to “My Account”. Information that affects identity, contract, verification, PIB or account may require Tripundo verification and should not be changed without registration.
Why is verification necessary?
Verification protects guests, hosts, and the platform and helps to verify identity, accommodation management authorization, and data required for contract and accounts. Functions available to a physical, legal, categorized or non-verified host may not be the same.
How long does an account or listing review take?
The Tripundo team reviews the data and listing provided. The review time depends on the completeness of the data and the necessary checks, so there is no same guaranteed deadline for each property. Status you see in the host panel, and if an update is needed you will be notified with the next step.
Does Tripundo check whether my accommodation is officially categorized?
Tripundo is not required to determine who is categorized and who is not. All hosts who accept the platform rules may advertise. Each host is responsible for checking and complying with the regulations that apply to them. If you are unsure, visit the Tripundo blog and read the accommodation-categorization guide; for legal or tax advice, contact a qualified professional or the relevant authority.
