How do I cancel my booking?
Sign in, open “Upcoming trips”, select the relevant booking and choose “Cancel booking.” Before final confirmation, Tripundo shows whether cancellation is free or whether the booking fee is no longer refundable. Cancellation from the account is not available after the stay has begun; in that case, open a support request from the booking.
