Reviews
Who can review a stay and how reviews work.
Who can leave a review?
A review can be submitted by a registered guest for their completed Tripundo reservation. This way the review is linked to the actual stay.
How long after the stay can I leave a review?
The deadline is 30 days from the end of your stay. The link will be provided after your reservation becomes completed, and the form is also available through “My Travel”.
How many reviews can I leave?
One review per booking. The rating is from 1 to 10, with an optional title and positive/negative comment in the length allowed.
Will my email be displayed publicly?
No. The data provided by the review form is displayed publicly, but not your email address.
Can I edit or remove a published review?
You cannot modify or delete a published review on your own right now. If you entered incorrect information or the review contains personal information, open the support request from your account, specify the reservation and clearly explain what to check. Tripundo makes the decision according to the rules of the review and the result of the internal check.
Can I appeal a review?
Yes. A complaint is filed for a specific review and must contain the reason and relevant facts. Tripundo checks whether the review is related to the actual stay and whether it complies with the internal rules of reviews and moderation. A review is not removed just because it is negative; the decision is made on the basis of internal checks and rules which apply equally to guests and hosts.
