Creating and confirming a booking
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
After a successful flow, a confirmation is displayed and details are sent by email and, for critical events, by SMS. The booking is displayed in your account among the following trips. If you have not received the booking number or an error is displayed, do not make a new booking immediately — first check the email and contact support to avoid duplication.
