Who handles the refund of the booking fee?
Tripundo Support checks the status of the payment, the rule shown to the guest, the cancellation time and the reason for the request. Do not promise a refund of the money charged by Tripundo. Open the request from the particular reservation and wait for the decision to be recorded in the support center.
