When is the charge visible, and how long do I have to report a problem?

For a deferred charge, the booking fee is charged at 23:59 Serbia time on D-5, after which the guest’s bank displays it as a card charge. The funds are finally transferred to the Tripundo account no later than 24 hours after check-in.

The guest or host should report a charge-related issue to Tripundo before that deadline and provide the booking number and supporting evidence. This is Tripundo’s operational deadline; it does not remove rights granted by law, card-scheme rules or bank rules.
